We expect potential new clients to have many questions before embarking on their relationship with Apex Manufacturing. We tried to answer the most common questions we receive regarding our manufacturing capabilities and what you can expect while working with us.

How would you describe Apex Manufacturing?
Apex Manufacturing is a lean production manufacturer of machined components that implements the latest in high-speed cutting technology.
Are you competitive on small batch productions?
With our capabilities and CAD software, we can be competitive on 3 piece to 3,000 piece production runs.
Do you offer reverse engineering of components?
Yes we do. This is one area where we separate ourselves from many other machine shops. Send us your component or part and we will reverse engineer it providing you with an exact replica and blueprints.
What is your average turnaround time?
Obviously there are several variables that go into play when it comes to turnaround time, but we average a 2-3 week turnaround time as we understand every second counts.
What are your capabilities?
Mill work capabilities: 50x20x25
Lathe work (turning) capabilities: 12X34
Which materials can you machine components from?
We most often work with metals and plastics, but newer materials such as Formica are becoming more popular. No matter what new materials are created in the future, we will always be on the cutting edge.

Where are you located?
Apex Manufacturing is located on the north side of Cincinnati at 100 Hastings Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011. We also own the facility next door which we are using more everyday as we continue to grow and serve new clients.

We specialize in CNC milling, CNC turning, and light fabrication.
